Rooms will be available for check-in from 4 p.m. (except in case of particular needs of our guests).
However, the guest is kindly invited to inform the expected time of arrival the day before check-in or within the same morning (at latest).
Guests will be also asked to show an I.D. Document upon arrival in order to proceed with registration and the payment of the final balance for the stay.
Please, be informed that from July to September an extra city tax is due (per person – per night), this has to be paid at check-in time.
Breakfast: The facility has special agreements with a few selected bars and bakeries of the city (Service to be booked upon arrival).
Both services of room-cleaning and bed linen-chainging are offered on a weekly basis.
Only hypoallergnic and natural products are used. Extra cleaning and extra bed linen changes can be agreed upon request.
Apart from a very few exceptions (to be previously agreed), pets are not allowed.
For security reasons, it is forbidden to invite or allow any people other than registered guests to access the facility (at any time).


Each room and bathroom is equipped with all the necessary: covers, pillows, towels, essential toiletries, hairdryer, etc.
We remain at our guest's disposal for any other request. We will do our best in order to meet your needs.


Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms.
Each guest is liable to pay for any damage that may cause to the facility.
A refundable Deposit of €300 is required upon arrival (Only Cash).
The facility declines any responsibility and will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged guest's personal belongings.
The facility will not be liable for any possible malfunction for reasons beyond management's control (partial or complete lack of supplies like gas and water, electricity blackout, phone and internet lines down).

Swimmingpool regulation:
Features: 1.40 mt high, 60 square meters.
Opening Times: 9.00 a.m – 1 p.m. / 3 p.m. - 8 p.m.
The facility will NOT be liable in case of swimmingpool accident (See regulation)


In order to validate the stay, we require a payment equal to the 30% of the whole amount as advanced deposit. The payment can be made through Credit Cards, PayPal or bank transfer.
We require 15 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. In case of cancellation notified after the above deadline (or in case of NO-SHOW), deposit will not be refunded.
All reservation requests can be made filling the booking form on our website: an e-mail of confirmation containing all the instruction and terms for the payment of the deposit, will be sent to the guest.
Reservation can also be made by phone and/or via e-mail.
The final balance for the stay must be paid upon arrival, through bank card, Credit Card or cash. Cheques are not accepted.
